As a new veteran-owned business in the Lubbock, Texas area, Real Property Management Company is currently seeking new property owners with investment or second properties in need of professional management. Our goal is to support rental property owners who want to maximize returns while minimizing the stress of day-to-day operations in the growing Lubbock rental market.

J. Hiler holds a Master’s degree in Business and Administration along with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising. J. is a licensed Texas Realtor and brings with him 20 years of leadership and management experience. Prior to founding Real Property Management Services, J. was an Executive in a Fortune 200 mining company after serving as a Commissioned Officer and an Enlisted Marine in the United States Marine Corps.

As a dedicated property manager, J. brings integrity, professionalism, and local market knowledge to every client relationship.
